Paul has pretty much worked within all aspects of the industry including large national agencies, an SME technical agency, and three years working in-house recruiting for BAE Systems. Prior to this, he worked in the Retail Sector which is where his passion for people and customers originates.

 

Having led multiple sales teams to thrive and sell a variety of talent services, Paul understands the value of marketing, research, and innovation to stand out from the crowd. His expertise and down to earth approach have resulted in creating a strong network of trusted relationships and friends for life, within the recruitment sector. With this trust, he has personally built, sold, and implemented a number of RPO and MSP solutions along with selling bespoke Talent Advisory Solutions. In addition, he has led multiple teams at the coal face of agency recruitment supplying Blue and White-collar workers, engineers, digital and IT specialists.

Miles has worked in Recruitment, Staffing & Talent since 1998 whilst providing RPO Solutions, Sales and Product Development since 2003. In 2004 Miles began his role as a Recruitment Business Adviser and from 2015 became a Non-Exec Director, Leadership Coach & Mentor. He has delivered Projects to over 60 clients working on Deal Structuring; Funding, MBO, M&A and trade sale experience since 2012. She wanted to be someone with a huge level of recruitment experience to guide them and to be someone who understand their people and their industry. There aren’t many people out there who have left a corporate role who now support the recruitment sector, but Tina decided to do that purely because of her love and passion for the industry and the people within it.

 

Tina has built some amazing relationships in recruitment and the foundation of the service she now offers came as a ‘light bulb’ moment from a former colleague who had set up his own recruitment business. His wise words helped Tina create her niche offering; since she hasn’t looked back and continues to love every minute of it to this day at Northstar.

Having been a recruitment consultant and moved up the ranks to senior manager, James transferred over into learning development for a global corporate recruiter, famed for its employee development. James’s career within L&D took him to North America where he headed up internal recruitment and learning and development across Canada and the US. Since 2013 he has supported c100 recruitment agencies from generalists to specialists to search firms, across the globe to grow and develop their teams. The style of his training content is based around effective structures and his delivery style is similar to that of a coach; believing that the learners should be thinking, brainstorming, practising and engaging wholeheartedly in the content, NOT listening to a monotone seminar! He’s an experienced content designer, writing academy programmes for UK and US-based recruitment firms to use in-house and he also delivers high-impact training sessions for new recruits, experienced consultants, and management teams.
