Her career developed from top billing consultant to successful team manager working on a contingency and retained basis. She transitioned into L&D and gained extensive experience of delivering onboarding, skills and management training.
In 2017 She moved to a global tech recruiter well known for rapid growth and market dominance. She was responsible for the development and delivery of consultant skills training, gateway to management and early management development training. She led the re development of onboarding training along with consultant success metrics and conducted many performance coaching sessions with consultants and managers across the UK, US, Europe and APAC.
She is known for developing and delivering relatable, practical, commercially focused training and coaching, working closely with senior management to support and achieve business objectives.
